Ted Cruz invests in Ether and Cancun Coin

Ted Cruz may have fled Texas to avoid the harsh weather and torrential downpour of snow while abandoning his state, but there is one thing he isn’t abandoning, and that’s Bitcoin and all other forms of cryptocurrency.

Late Thursday night, Ted was seen at an airport buying 195 ETH ($390,000 USD) while waiting for the golf cart to take him to his terminal on his Spirit flight from Cancun back to Texas. Cruz told The Crypt Street Journal “I have made a lot of bad decisions in politics, but my crypto game is good. Some people have diamond hands, I have alligator hands.”

As of early Friday this morning, Cruz was liquidated out of his position in XRP, which unfortunately was 98% of his entire portfolio. Cruz said that he is waiting for the next bull run, and will focus more and more of his portfolio on Ether.
