Ken Griffey Jr. uses entire 401k to invest in Ethereum
The Kid, otherwise known as Ken Griffey Jr., the star athlete who won a myriad of games for the Seattle Mariners, has converted his entire 401k into ether (ETH).
Griffey told The Crypt Street Journal that he strongly believes in the Ethereum project and that ETH 2.0 is the future. Although Griffey never lead the Seattle Mariners to the World Series or won, he has now navigated not only his personal life, but the rest of the Mariners to good crypto buys.
Hours after converting his 401k, Junior was caught outside of Buffalo Wild Wings showing his long term teammates Randy Johnson, Jay Buhner, and Edgar Martinez how to use Coinbase Pro. “Coinbase original is too slow and overpriced in fees and other hidden costs, I always use Coinbase Pro”, said Griffey. We expect Griffey’s 401k to be about 802k by the end of the year thanks to Bitcoin and other cryptocurrency drives.
